Off airport parking. They SAY shuttle bus every 8-10 minutes...... then why am I curbside for 30+?

So true Bill! We wonder if saving the money is worth it sometimes.

Not long ago we tried to contact a delayed shuttle provider via the "courtesy phone" in an airport terminal...It rang but no one ever picked up the line. We were impressed with the company's ability to ignore us both virtually and in-person! :)
